FAT BLAST DAILY (FBD) 6/9/09

Warm-up:
3 rounds

push ups-10-15
Squats- 10-15
Anchored Sit ups-10-15
Prone iso ab- 30-60 seconds
Lunge w/twist

Cardio:
5 rounds

1/4 mile run
bicycles: 60 seconds

*Time yourself and post your time as a comment
*All exercise recommended weight, time and distance is able to be scaled down (i.e. 1/2 mile to 1/4 mile)
