Station 1:

Goblet Squats + Jumping Jacks

Station 2:

Pull-ups + Push-ups

Station 3:

Thrusters + Sit ups

Station 4:

Squat Hops + Burpees

*each station has 3 sets: 21 reps, 15 reps, and 9 reps

* all sets performed before moving to next station
