Fit by Focus paid Crossfit Hanford a visit on October 3rd, 2009. We were greeted by a friendly front desk gal who led us to the back of VQ Fitness Club where Crossfit Hanford was. There was about 1000sqft of real estate with everything you needed from kettle bells, med balls, rings, pull-up bars, C2 rowers, squat racks, barbells with a good size amount of bumper plates, ab mats and enough room to move through your WOD. We were able to hang out with manager and Fire Fighter by trade Mark Younger who was a tremendous host.
The WOD we performed was "Barbara", 20 pull-ups, 30 push-ups, 40 sit-ups and 50 squats. 5 rounds for time.
So if you are ever in Mid-Cal look up Crossfit Hanford and know that you will be taken care of just like Fit by Focus takes care of you!
