May Newsletter

Hey Champions,

Fit by Focus has had a great month of May by kicking off the summer's 1st boot camp, establishing an organized/solid team, and adding new members to the Fit by Focus squad. We started the month off by having a very successful “OPEN HOUSE” at The Fitness Lab where everyone who registered for the “Fat Blast Boot Camp” came and had a meet and greet. Initial measurements were also taken along with before and after photos.

Both morning and evening boot camps are going great! Just after finishing our first week both morning and evening classes had a chance to get a taste of the rain. That just proves that we truly are water proof. As the week progressed we enjoyed the sun along with a nice sweat. There is just something about working out in a park bare or full of people that gives you satisfaction after it’s all done. We have a great group of bootcampee’s and we look forward to the upcoming weeks of fun in park.

So now that I have you attention here are current dates to keep your eye out for:

Monthly Activities
Every Friday is “Free Friend Friday”
Each Friday all participants have a chance to invite a new friend or family member. If you want to come on Friday to see what the excitement is all about, call/email or text me and you can come as my guest.

May 4th to May 29th- 1st series of “Fat Blast Boot Camp”
a) Monday, Wednesday and Friday @ 6am to 6:45am
b) Monday, Wednesday and Friday @ 6pm to 6:45pm
*Already in session (you can join anytime)
*all class locations are at: Wallingford Park (4219 Wallingford Ave. N, Seattle, WA 98103)

May 30th- “OPEN HOUSE” at The Fitness Lab in Wallingford @ 10am. Take measurement and get to know other members of the Fit by Focus squad! June’s “Fat Blast Fit Camp” will be meeting to pick up registration packet, initial/follow-up measurements.

May 30th- Tiger Mountain Hike @ 1pm
Getting there:
Drive east on I-90 and look for Exit 20 beyond Issaquah. From the exit turn right on the frontage road and drive a short distance to the gate turnaround. Walk 6/10 of a mile past the gate to the Tradition Plateau trailhead (elevation 500 feet), which offers restrooms, a shelter and picnic tables.

I encourage everyone to take park in the current Boot Camp and Upcoming Fit Camp; it’s a lot of fun and a great way to meet new people. Also, the end the month hike is just an excuse for us to get out in nature and enjoy each other. If you want to reserve your spot for the June “Fat Blast Fit Camp: Level 1 and 2” please let me know.
