20 Jack knife push-ups (or reg PU on knees)
20 Walking lunges(40 steps) w/shoulder press
*should press as they stand up
20 squat hops
*1 min break (take longer if needed)
3 rounds

Substitute teaching your class this morning was great! You have everyone squatting like rockstars, couldn’t believe my eyes!!! Everyone did great, fun and challenging workout.
